Resolution Debate forum

Just a quick announcement to let everyone know that the Debate Forum has officially switched over to only being Resolution Debates going forward. What is a Resolution debate? Good question. The resolution format to debates means there are just a few special additional formatting rules to follow (mostly just when creating a new debate). Check out the forum for more details. We also had a debate recently with went into more of the rationale behind the change.
